Flow compensation for circullar lines #5913

How to reproduce

  1. Add a cylinder 3D object
  2. Select Concentric top fill
  3. Enable Flow compensation

Actual results

The top fill flow compensation works incorrectly, the length of the lines is calculated incorrectly.

Expected results

It works correctly when The Chords of Archimedes top fill is enabled.
