How to reproduce

1.同时打开平滑挤出率和斜拼接缝（缺一不可）
2.see error

Actual results

打印速度会低于最小打印速度。因为没有回抽，喷嘴常常会漏料，并造成表面凸点

打印速度在任何地方都不应低于最小打印速度

still a problem in 2.1.1
