Color scheme display wrong max. value

How to reproduce

1. load something
2. select the adaptive layer height and apply
3. slice
4. select the layer height for the colour scheme
5. the maximum layer is greater than the value set in the printer settings...

Actual results

I used adaptive layer height and after slicing the colour scheme layer height was 0.39 mm, while the printer was set to 0.32 mm (recommended maximum nozzle height of 0.4 mm)
Looking through the layers, I found a layer at the bottom of the object that was marked with the same colour as 0.39 mm.

However, when I adjusted the adaptive layer by scanning the vertical bar, I found no layer larger than 0.32 mm.
So only the layer height color scheme is incorrectly marking the layers.

Expected results

The color scheme layer height min. and max. value should match the printer---> extruder---->layer height limits
values.
