CPU 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13450HX 2.40 GHz
16,0 GB RAM
Printer
Bambu Lab P1S / A1 Mini
How to reproduce
Exported STEP from Fusion 360 from a well know project
Imported in Orca
Selected the regular profile, used for months
Sliced and printed
Actual results
Noticed a compleat failure because nozzle hit in a non-object extrusion. Realized Orca is slicing lines outside the object wall when I use Classic wall + Arc Fitting + 3 walls in this particular object that is round.
Nozzle fill the wall gap and when arrive the infill area it starts a line with large width and high flow. The infill is not printed.
If I change to 2 walls or disable arc fitting or change to Arachne the issue goes away.
I had the same issue with P1S and A1 Mini. Disable support and export body again did not solve.
Trying import STL had same issue in different layers.
Is there an existing issue for this problem?
