Forgot to outline, the issue is that sometimes when you press Languages, it automatically selects a language within the menu, which lags the game for a considerable amount of time.
This happens with one mouse click, I made sure my mouse was not double-clicking before submitting this.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Could you try this with only patcher?
