How to use netfilter plugin?

Hi
I downloaded the dll plugin from here:
https://github.com/Shadowsocks-NET/QvPlugin-Netfilter/releases
and placed the plugin in the plugin directory
but I get error on the page and cant use this plugin.
is there andy documentation for using netfilter plugin?

the netfilter plugin requires a extra installer installed on the device which is not released together (a trial version of the NetfilterSDK). This plugin is mainly written for personal usage of one of the core developers, so he didn't really think about usability. Also, could you please paste out the error message?
