Describe the bug
When I try to connect or start a session, I get "Could not connect to SimConnect! Is the sim running?" error. I checked if YourControls is in community folder, it is there. Removed from community and installed newest version, still same issue.

Expected behavior
Should connect or create session without SimConnect error.

If you are using the standalone package, did you extract the entire folder?

  1. What is the standalone package?
  2. I downloaded from GitHub release, extracted it to a folder then moved the YourControls which is inside the community folder to the MSFS community folder.

UPDATE: I removed everything then downloaded the package from FlightSim.to, tried that one and still the same result, still says "Could not connect to SimConnect! Is the sim running?"

Is your simulator pirated?
Does your Windows username have a non-English character in it?
