[BUG] FMS text entry freezes other clients mouse controls

Description:
Occurred in both the Citation CR4 and the Airbus A320neo, whenever someone uses the FMC in the text entry line the other clients connected become unable to look around or use the mouse. This occurred in a group of three, when one person began to enter text into the FMS the other two became unable to look around or use the mouse. The data syncs without issue, the other clients just become unable to use mouse controls.

To Reproduce:

1. Start a server.
2. Fire up a plane with a FMS.
3. Have one client begin to enter text into the FMS.
4. Other clients should lose mouse control.

Ideally one person (or both pilots) is able to use the FMS and the other clients are unaffected.

As stated earlier, the data syncs without issue, there is just a momentary loss of mouse control until the one typing in the FMS clicks away.
