interpretation of pp files, lbtim (IA) ignored

Case for pp files of IA are ignored, resulting in empty intervals for the time in the cell methods.
(CellMethod(method='mean', coord_names=('time',), intervals=(), comments=()),)
This results in the resulting cubes being able to merge with others that should not be able to.

Closing as obsolete. I've got nothing to reproduce, so I can't be certain it's fixed, but this issue doesn't add any value to the problem itself (if there is one).

Please feel free to re-open with a working example (or just a demonstration of the problem).
