Add support for Windows. The limiting factor is the support for makefiles on Windows.

There are two known solutions for this:

  • Make use of the Linux subsystem available on Windows 10 systems
  • Instruct users to use sygwin

This needs more research.

I am using STM32-base on Win10 using msys2. I have had no problems getting things to work.
