mcstrans (setrans.conf): unclear documentation

The man page for mcstrans (setrans.conf) is pretty sketchy. For example, keywords' meaning is not explained clearly. Does Base keyword affect something or it is just a name? Does Domain keyword correspond to Xen domains or it is a SELinux specific domain? How are Base and Domain keywords related? And there are no examples for Keywords (I know there are some examples in source code, but I think one or two examples on the manpage would be great).
At the same time Constraint Examples are like on their own. At least it is hard to understand the relationship between mcstrans and Constraint Examples.
