Missing Usage for C_PURORDMAINTAINHEADER

This is an issue for the Enable Custom Fields in the Purchasing Process SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility Scenario. Please fill the issue details using a template below.

Describe the bug
The new custom field "Requisition Series" can't be found when the usage for C_PURORDMAINTAINHEADER isn't enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I'm following the above documentation on our S/4HANA 1909 SPS 01 on Premise System.
2. After step 8 of Create the Requisition Series Custom Field
3. I've continued with Add the Custom Field to the Manage Purchase Order App
4. In step 8 here the new custom field "Requisition Series" can't be found

Expected behavior
New custom field "Requisition Series" should be visible in the add field dialog

Fix
By activating the usage of C_PURORDMAINTAINHEADER:

the issue can be fixed.

thanks for testing the sample scenario.

I have tested in 2 S/4Hana Cloud DLAB systems, but can't reproduce the issue which you have reported. i.e. the new created custom fields could be found as descreibed in step 8, even the C_PURORDMAINTAINHEADER is Disabled.

I notice that you are testing on S/4Hana 1909 which is an OP system, possibly the behavior is slight different as S/4Hana Cloud system. As the sample scenario is target to S/4Hana Cloud system, which indicates in the Prerequisites section of the Set Up Instruction. The steps for S/4 Hana OP system will not include in this set up instruction.

I would suggest to add this as a delta in the Adapt Cloud Samples for Use in an SAP S/4HANA System On Premise documentation.

I followed steps given on my sandbox SAP S/4 HANA 1809 on Premise

I do not see custom field on Manage Purchase order apps while adding custom field in Adapt UI
and in Create Purchase Requisition (Advanced) apps, custom field tab seems not appearing

Procurement: Purchase Requisition Item : enabled
Purchase Requisition Item GUI (PR_ITEM_GUI)

Procurement: Purchasing Document : enabled
-Manage Purchase Order(MM_PUR_PO_MAINT_V2_SRV 0001)
-PO Maintenance: Purchase Order Headers (Active + Draft) ( C_PURORDMAINTAINHEADER)

Could you please suggest which step did I miss ? or I need to enabled more UI and reports in 1809 version

please don't expect an answer from me. I'm not an SAP Employee and don't have access to an 1809 system where I could try it.
