Just a small version bump to include a fix for warnings in the logs for HA 0.110+ and updating the readme.

This release fixes some secondary options like the health option. Some old variables werent replaced and became incompatible in HASS 0.96.x

This is the partly rewritten component for the new climate platform. This version works with Home Assistant 0.96 and higher.
