Version 0.3 released

        - Added unit tests in shell
        - Fixed path idiosyncracies to make it more robust
        - Updated modify_interfaces to show interfaces and provide
          additional options.
        - Now provides command line arguments: iaci, iacs, and iacmodify
        - Added backwards compatibility: Now works in Python 2 and 3
        - Updated docs to reflect new changes
