The dropdown needs to contain the user boxes and a default nulled value. If "default"/null is selected then don't pass box parameter.

API Endpoint for retrieving boxes: https://ygoprodeck.com/js/collection/boxes/getBoxes.php. Endpoint won't work if user is not logged in.

Needs to append &box=boxname to the API v7 URL when collection manager credentials are passed.
