ISqlEventPublisher 오류 시 선택 사항 적용

ISqlEventPublisher의 PublishPendingEvents 메서드가 오류를 발생시키면 도메인 이벤트가 기록되었음에도 불구하고 명령이 실패한 것으로 처리될 수 있습니다. 저장소가 도메인 개체를 저장할 때 이벤트 발행기 오류에 대해 대처하고 명령이 실패하지 않도록 할 수 있는 수단을 제공해야 합니다.
