Greetings,

In an effort to help us focus on the tasks we actually need to address, it has been decided that the Discussions page will be used for reporting issues from now on.

We've reached a point where around 70% of the issues being opened are actually nothing more than user errors, and it is taking its toll on us as we keep having to investigate every issue that is created almost on a daily basis to confirm whether or not this actually happens or is caused by poor workspace organization.

We will slowly start moving remaining issues to the Discussion tab according to the following logic:

• Panic, crash report, infinite loading -> Issues
• Feature/quality of life suggestions -> Ideas

Accordingly, if you'd like to report or suggest something, the following guidelines apply:

• If you run into a crash or a panic: Search through the Issues category to see if somebody already ran into the same problem as you and reached a solution. If nothing is available, consider opening a new conversation
• If you'd like to suggest a new feature or quality of life changes: Same thing but for the Ideas page.

We're hoping that this change will lead to a better collaboration between veteran users and new people running into issues and reduce the amount of duplicate reports through the Search feature.

Obviously, we will be checking the Discussions when possible, but the Issues page will now be used solely by collaborators so we can better keep track of things to do.
