An option to keep adjust tool spread from the center and lock it in place.

Grabbing items from the toolbelt can be very janky at times due to how far away from the center of the toolbelt they are.
This issue is worse on seated play.
An option to adjust how far away the tools are spread apart from the center would greatly help with that.

Another option that would greatly help for seated play is locking tool movement to prevent it from drifting away from the player.
