Game Version: Latest (Steam Build ID 7584343)
OWML Version: 2.2.0
NomaiVR Version: 2.4.2
VR hardware: Samsung Odyssey+ (Windows Mixed Reality)

I was on the Quantum Moon during my first playthrough, spending longer than I think the devs might've intended picking up/putting down picture tiles, when I suddenly became completely unable to pick up my translator with either hand. Both other tools were still equippable at the time. Meditating until the next loop seemed to fix the bug, from then on I was able to use my translator in the same location without issues.

Here's a video of it happening, including (I think) the relevant steps that led up to it and its resolution. The bug itself occurs after 7 minutes in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZNNT1s_ex8

This is quite an elusive bug that we are having trouble reproducing but we know it's there under certain circumstances.

In the video I also see that prompts for WMR controllers have the wrong icons, do you mind enabling "Debug mode" under the mod settings and sending us a log of a playthrough with it enabled so we can at least start by fixing those? 😃

Log attached; I wasn't sure how much of a playthrough was necessary, but I did a little over a single-loop session where I engaged with nearly all of the player verbs I could think of, going through the 6DOF tutorial and cleaning up log info around Brittle Hollow. I'm a big fan of this project, so let me know if you need anything else.
