LibreOffice 的安装包有一个 Windows 资源管理器扩展的选项，可以预览其文档，因此希望 OfficeViewer 插件也能通过这个来预览文件。

如果 LibreOffice 已经安装，那么 OfficeViewer 就要调用 LibreOffice 的资源管理器扩展预览文件。
