Request for the 'entities-can-use-portals' option extension.

[Huge-mistake]

After the 'entities-can-use-portals' option is enabled, only players can use the portals. Can an option to add a blacklist for entities that are prohibited from using portals be added? It should allow for freely editing the entities that are not allowed to use portals, rather than prohibiting all entities except players.
