축제 일정 내에 연예인 아이템을 선택했을 때, 같은 List 내에 같은 Index 가 모두 선택되는 것이 아니라, 해당 아이템만 선택되도록 구현했습니다.
축제 Title 최대 길이를 fix 시켜, 연예인 목록 리스트가 Row 내에서 항상 같은 지점부터 시작하도록 하였습니다.

onHomeUiAction 으로 Action 통일, painter -> imageVector.vectorResource 로 변경 Modifier 파라미터 위치 변경
