We've created a version of our DPA which removes the need for us to have two versions.

We've also cleaned up the delineation of how we handle our Customers data - which is through our Privacy Policy - and our Customer's Customer Data - using this DPA.

We've made it very clear we don't send Customer's Customer data to subprocessors other than AWS. We also call out that people at PostHog will have access to Customer's Customer Data to provide and improve our services.

Also added in the Data Privacy Framework and some language around Swiss customers and also if the DPF gets contested.

Next steps -- Update the DPA Generator with the new template.

Not a huge urgency to do this but we should aim for relatively soon.

@simfish85 Please note that this is the new version to be used for any Enterprise customers going forward.

@corywatilo Any idea when we can get this up and running?

There's actually going to be a bit of a blocker on DPAs generated through this whilst I am away as it has my name hardcoded on it. @charlescook-ph How do we want to handle this whilst I am out in a couple of weeks time.

We could just say to people that there will be a delay in signing them, given I'll also be out for a big chunk of it anyway?
