Microsoft RDP: UDP Transport Extension Protocol is vulnerable to CWE-406.

Introduced with RDP Version 8 alongside Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 R2, RDPEUDP is an extension to allow UDP transport for RDP.

The default connection mode is "Reliable" mode which transmits packets 3 times in testing upon no "syn-ack" datagram (reply). The response session id or initialization connection unique identifier was found to be present on the
4 byteslocated at index8:11. -
The constant amplification factor of the initial packet is 28.6x. Due to retransmission, with a single request packet, the total data amplification is 84x with a packet amplification of 3x. The request packet was discovered and simplified to nullbytes via fuzzing against a Windows Server lab target.

Keep in mind that the RDP service will retransmit on a 3000 ms timer after the first request and will not flood the target regardless of further incoming request packets until all re-transmissions are complete. This lessens the threat of this service in use as a DrDoS source however in significant reflector numbers it can still cause problems.
