Are you trying to play the game from the unity editor or you have downloaded the built game I gave on the description?

I dowoad the project and i build it to android and when i test it it's does not working!!!

This is an old project I did for college. I used UNET to implement multiplayer here which long deprecated. So, I will recommend you to look into PHOTON 2 or other networking solutions.
