Push devices for better customization

Hey,

Would be cool if you could make it possible to add Push devices, where each device can have its own User/Group key and Token API key as well.

Each device could also have settings for default sound, title, priority, retry and expire. Would be cool if we could set flow title to be the default title of the push and generally be able use it (as a variable, such as %flowname%) in both title and message, which would make it easier to identify the source of the push message.

Would be a huge plus if those defaults could be changed with flow THEN cards, in addition to the settings for the device.
