Very random if a notifications is received in pushover app when triggered from Homey flows

When verifying flows in Homey I seem to have very random result in what notifications that are sent to my pushover app on the phone. I can not really see a pattern in what notifications that are sent / received on the phone.

Is there a way of see logs of what messages that are sent from this app, what notifications that are sent onto the phone?

I didn't really have any issues with sending pushes from our HP19 or HP23 until very recently.
Now none if any at all seem to get through.

I tested a bit, when testing flows/flow cards manually all/most seem to get sent, but the flow card fails with error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')".
