经过需求征集#10334 和每周技术研讨会 #10223 讨论，我们确定了版面恢复功能（恢复为docx或者excel）的c++版任务，从而实现本地化的办公文档扫描。

解决步骤：

1. 版面分析和OCR后，使用minidocx创建docx文档，libxlsxwriter生成excel。
2. 提交PR到PPOCR。
