Consider Snappy for HTML-to-PDF conversion #847

Suggested here.

To do: compare quality of HTML-to-PDF conversion against DomPDF and MPDF. If better, support Snappy in PHPWord.

Snappy also allows you to create thumbnails and stuff, I think you can also only suggest using the wkhtmltopdf library and write an adapter for that. Their binary and a html file are enough to create a slick PDF (with css3 support 🚀)
