Can not add a fixed position to table, or text in PhpWord

I would like to add a fixed position to table, cell, row, or text without depending on how many rows are before that text. This fixed text should be positioned at the end of the document, but if the rows above it are too many, the text need to be moved to the second document. How can I fix it? The document is docx.
