Output file content directly

So is it possible to upload the file content? it seems like i can only save the docx file.
A workaround is fine aswell ofc.
The reason i can't save the file locally is because i want to upload it to onedrive over the API.

Also i use wordpress so while i can send headers to the user i prefer not to.
