Absolute positioning is not working any more #616

After using a newer version the absolute positioning for images and textboxes in our documents is not working.
I open the "Sample_13_Images.php" and the Mars image under the point "Absolute positioning" is shown in the top right corner, but without any margin left and top. Without
'posHorizontal' => \PhpOffice\PhpWord\Style\Image::POSITION_HORIZONTAL_RIGHT,
it is shown in the top left corner.

Other positionings are working fine. I luckily can use one of them.

Hi, @xrow. Thanks for the report. Do you mean v0.12.1 when saying "newer version"?
