In PhpOffice\PhpWord\Writer\Word2007\Style\MarginBorder.php the sizeCount in the write method is too small by one. Consequently, any value for inside is never output.

I found this bug too... even sent a pull request before finding out that the actual up to date code is found in the 'develop' branch. So look there, and ignore master.
