sample 30, and sample 26, fail/ignore inline styles for <li>

When trying to write html (sample 30), or read html (sample 26), fails for inline styles for

source string:

<ul><li>Item 1</li><li><strong>Item</strong> 2</li><ul><li>Item <strong>2</strong>.1</li><li>Item 2.1</li></ul></ul>

writer: the < strong> gets ignored in the write, and portions of text is lost.
read: ignores the inline styling.
