Word Document Is Empty

Around 30/40% of the time, my Word document is blank. I am using this on an AI site to download the AI generated responses. It seems to happen more if there is a mixture of formatting on the page - eg a heading, body text, then a table with text in.

I have an Email to Me function which emails the contents of the same container to my email address and this always works even if the Word document is appearing blank.
