How to add padding for Paragraph

I read the documentation but can't find a way to add some padding on a Paragraph. I have a shading on the paragraph and need to add space arround it like that :

Any direction would help !

Update : From my reading of the codebase, the PhpOffice\PhpWord\Writer\Word2007\Style\Paragraph is using the PhpOffice\PhpWord\Writer\Word2007\Style\MarginBorder where we can set the Size, Color and Style but the space is missing. This is responsible to generate the tag like :

<w:bottom w:val="single" w:sz="2" w:space="10" w:color="00FF00"/>

I think there is no way right now and it would be nice to add this space value on border.
