Im getting the following Error Message and i dont understand why,i put the correct path for PHP office.

Because your package is wrong, you put PhpOffice\PhpWord\src\PhpWord\Shared\html which is obviously wrong.
Should be \PhpOffice\PhpWord\Shared\Html
