Template having variables on layouts and shapes should be replaceable by passing values

When we use template to generate the document with different values, if we had used layouts in the template then the variables inside layout does not replaced by the parsed value.

Expected Behavior

Template having variables on layouts should be replaceable.

Current Behavior

What is the current behavior?
Variables on layouts does not replaced by the values.

How to Reproduce

Generate document with template and add layouts, shapes in the template. Add variables on shapes and layouts.
