That's a not-very-welcoming welcome banner, not an error at all. There is no "detection" going on here.

What you do have a problem with is that your TLS connection is failing (failing after STARRTTLS), and that is discussed extensively in the troubleshooting guide. You're also using GoDaddy, which is a well-documented source of major problems in its own right.
