As the cdat metapackage and cdat channel are no longer valid and won't be updated.

To install cdms2, cdutil, cdtime and genutil, use their own conda channel (e.g., https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/cdms2) instead of using one from cdat.

Need to modify "recipes/meta.yaml.in" and run "make conda-build".
