We have just upgraded to 6.3 from 5.
In our protocols a high custom labware is placed on heat module in position 7. While a regular size reagent reservoir is placed in position 4
We see that the during the labware position check – the pipette hits and knocks off the heatmodule from position 7. This did not happen before. We believe that this happens because the arc correponding to the highest labware isn't observed during the labware position check.
