Description:
Misaligned fields in Entitlement Manager -- ID Type to store in entitlements and Store Service Points to Entitlements

Instance:
ACF-DEV

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Programs.
Click Create Program.
Click Configure the Entitlement Manager tab.
Check alignment of ID Type to store in entitlements and Store Service Points to Entitlements fields.
