French eID - reading

Hello,
I want to read my french eId card with opensc. It is successfully detected with the atr being : Using reader with a card: Virtual PCD 00 01
3b:8b:80:01:00:31:c1:64:09:37:72:13:00:90:00:51
But I cant read it with pkcs15-tool or iasecc-tool. I tried to add the ATR to card-iasecc but I don't know which type of card to put, and when I tried with several cars types (obertur), it tried to open it as an Italian eId card.
