Feature or improvement description
This pull request addresses a few issues in the documentation that have been reported on GitHub and one that has not.

  1. Changes two links in the online documentation to the NWTC Programmer's Handbook to refer to a copy hosted in the OpenFAST git-repo instead of an NREL-hosted link.
  2. Rename AeroDyn images so that they aren't blocked by browser ad blockers (Bug report: readtheDocs missing figures #912)
  3. Move the unit and regression test documentation up a level in the TOC (No output from unit test #779)
  4. Bug fix in API change documentation for InflowWind (InflowWind API change documentation incorrect for v2.4 to v2.5 #752)
  5. Fix the name of InflowWind Driver (Typo in help message from InflowWind #665)

I've also opened a discussion to plan additional documentation changes at a high level: #1184. Some of the content there is related to changes and issues here.
