These were moved to the wrong section in OpenFAST@54f2a62. See OpenFAST#752. This pull request addresses a few issues in the documentation that have been reported on GitHub and one that has not.
I've also opened a discussion to plan additional documentation changes at a high level: #1184. Some of the content there is related to changes and issues here.
