New settings & wifi menu

The idea is to use Tweaks app to replace the native MainUI settings.
It will avoid to have multiple places to configure your device.
So to do that we have to implement all the MainUI Miyoo settings (like wifi, screen settings, languages...) directly in Tweaks app and then replace the Settings section of MainUI to Tweaks app.
Controlling wifi on Onion side will also allows to fix many limitations/bugs from the firmware like the possibility to enter special characters in wifi password or the possibility to have multiple SSID recorded.
Tgecko has started to work on this implementation.
