This issue is unique.

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System of DocumentServer

Docker

Version information

8.0.1

Expected Behavior

Document shall open print menu without the menu points in print view.

Not sure if it happened in previous versions.

Actual Behavior

  • When clicking on File->Print nothing happens
  • When using Strg+P the menu points of onlyoffice are in print view and everything is broken.

Reproduction Steps

Example:

  1. Open a document in OnlyOffice Document Server via firefox
  2. Navigate to File->Print to print a file -> See that nothing happens
  3. Use Strg+P to try to print that file -> See the broken layout

Additional information

When using File->Print with opened debug-console you can see the firefox error message "Partitioned: All third-party storage access requests". When clicking on the link in this error message, you get a pdf of the content that shall be printed

Hi @RitchiS99

Can you attach a problem file and maybe some screenshots/ screencasts? Because I can't reproduce a problem.

Also 8.1 version just released. Can you try in it?

Hi @rsnegirev
It doesn't work on version 8.1 either

Here a video what is happening on firefox. First rying with File->Print, Then trying Strg+P, then using the print-Button on the main page, and as last using the print button of firefox.

This could be a conflict with some Firefox extensions. Did you try to print when all of them are turned off?

Have no extension in use, so couldn't be the problem.

I tried to reproduce it in a different ways, but print is working in my case...

What the version of Firefox do you use? In the version 112.0.1 of Firefox we found a some bug with printing too, but then they fixed it.

And also do the printing works in Google Sheets for example?

We've checked on DocumentServer 8.1.1, Firefox 129 and Win 11. Print is working.

Did you try to print from Chrome or Opera?

Also try to check in the Firefox in incognito mode. If it still isn't work then we need version of your Win 11.

Also didn't work on Firefox in Android but working on Samsung Internet. Seems to be a general Firefox Problem.
