spreadsheet PDF bug

• I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Expected Behavior

when i save PDF file it should save what i see while editing .xlsx document

Actual Behavior

when i save spreadsheet as PDF document ,
it glitches the table borders ,
some border lines are thin , uneven and do not connect
just not proffesional

I can confirm - this is bug, issue #67789.

Problem can be reproduced in DocumentServer.
