Describe the bug

Since field “contact” in picking is hidden for pickings of operation type “delivery” or “internal”, this module generates the following issues with manual pickings (inventory > transfers > create):

With “Advanced DN features” disabled:

• Pickings cannot be validated as DN creation is blocked due to field “contact” missing and error is raised

With “Advanced DN features” enabled:

• “Recipient” cannot be set in DN, and value in field “Delivery address” is used in its place
• After that, DN wizard allows user to select “Shipping address”, which makes it even more confusing

Affected versions:

• 16.0 [16.0] [FIX] l10n_it_delivery_note: recipient/shipping address fixes #3609

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable “Storage locations” in inventory settings (to test internal transfer)
2. Inventory > operations > Transfers > create new
3. select either a “delivery” or “internal” operation type
4. validate picking to test behavior

Expected behavior
Module should make field “Contact” explicit and editable for all pickings since this field will be used for delivery note “Recipient”.

Fields “Contact” and “Delivery address” set in picking should be then used respectively for “Recipient” and “Shipping address” in DN
