I think we'd have to talk about which formats are MUST/SHOULD/MAY be supported. |

notice that to me decimal is highly debatable as does not belong to a standard and clear definition is 1 a decimal ? is 1.0 a decimal what is the parsing expression that should be applied having a dot ? as this format is mentionned as not interoperable , should it be part of an open standard ? this may apply the rules MUST / SHOULD / MAY .... and not listed in this table , meaning what is the criteria to be in |
