We may want to also have a place for example fragments

Per @fehguy, maybe indicate some examples are fragments either in a folder/directory, filename, and/or with ellipsis comment.

There's no info here on what the README should say and no discussion since 2017. I'm closing this as it doesn't help us figure out what is needed (ideas about having a place for other things don't appear to have anything to do with a README for what we have?). Although if someone wants to add a README please feel free to just submit a PR.
